Matt has two amazing books out there & he is a wealth of information. I had to hear him 3 times to scratch the surface of his knowledge.

What is it about Matt Monarck? He has nothing to say. I listened to a lecture of his on "Advanced Raw Living" and all he talked about we colonics. I hate to put him down, but I think his real expertise is in self-promotion.
