What the fuck are you talking about? None of these assholes were funny. Tony B was a fuck-up who got taken out for killing Phil Leotardo's Brother. Ralphie was a good character, but funny. When? When he took out Georgie the bartender's eye out or when he flattened the strippers face? He was a good earner and an asshole but your giving him too much credit.
And then he got blasted in the face with a shotgun by Tony lol. Look at Hesh and Chris. They're both like "oh no he didn't!" And Tony B.'s face at :15 lol. He's just like "Heh, I just broke this guy's balls." And those balls happened to belong to the Mob Boss.
Not sure the scene is on YouTube. It might be in the next episode that Tony S yells at him about this - that he's the boss of the family now, yadda yadda. :)
Tony Soprano, being the insecure egomaniac he is, is just boiling inside that someone would dare even break his balls. For as much of a bad ass he is, he's such an insecure little baby. In the history of gangsters in movies and TV, Tony Soprano is probably made to look like the biggest bitch.
@KeepRockin55 sorta agree w/ you about Tony being the biggest bitch. but we've spent more time with Tony than with all other tv/movie gangsters, combined. that "bitch" part of him has to come out in that long time. i don't think we saw the "bitchy" part a lot in the first season.
and in this particular case, i don't think its insecurity - he's the boss, and no one ought to talk to him like that in front of the other family members. or something;-)
@thelonedissenter there is more to tis scene than just that. Tony still feels guilty about not going off to jail when Tony Blundetto got pinched, but at the same time he is bent on supressing that guilt, so anytime that Blundetto seems to be breaking his balls or stepping on his toes, he get defensive thinking that Blundetto is trying to gain socall dominance because of that whole situation
@vito445 sure, that line of reasoning works, too. i am dead sure that the writers who concentrate on character profiles take such things in to consideration. BUT, our Tony is not gonna let that type of "guilt" stay on his head forever. and even if he did bring it up with his shrink, you and i both know that he says whatever he has to, to get pity/sympathy/empathy/treatment from her (melfi herself came to that realization in the last season). my 2 cents.
Name another mob boss (film or television) that was seen subjected to ridicule or disrespect like that. You try getting out line like that in the military and see what happens to you. There's a certain culture; a certain structure that is common in organizations like these, for whatever reason, be it machismo-bullshit. But it's not just Tony Soprano who would react this way. And, btw, Tony Blundetto does end up getting whacked later on for a reason.
That maybe so, but he also gets the most ass, breaks the most faces, and takes more names than any other gangster in the history of gangster flicks. He may move slow, but he doesn't have to move for anyone; and he may be a tad insecure, but he knows he doesn't have to take shit from anyone, either. just my opinion

Why is it so hard to find Tony B videos on youtube? All the others are easy to find, but Tony B has about 4 and THATS it!
