Qabbani did an amazing and moving writing and I tried to imagine her hopelessness, her strength and resilience and her resolution to let her words be heard though, they will be inevitably unheard in a world of men; yet there is a hope that one day this statement of a "stupid" woman will be heard!

First of all Nana, I must thank you for introducing me to Nizar Quabbani and to his poetry. Unfortunately I don’t understand the Arabic language, but from the title of your video I saw that it is about A letter from a stupid woman. I read it on Google, and I was impressed how Qabbani expressed the unfulfilled love, the condition of women in the Arab world, as well as the dilemmas, in terms of a woman. The poem is melodious and fits perfect to your music.
