Not really any tips, just practice and you should be able to see the diabolo all the time.

The throw is also important in this trick. Always try to hit the same spot, so you can try when the whip hits.

how do u whip catch

I put 1 finger between the sticks so that they stay apart from each other. Then I whip VERTICALLY, if you whip even a little bit horsontally it wont work. and try to aim so that the left stick almost hits the axle of the diabolo.
