  • JUNK !!!

  • probably wear wear, take it to a licenced shop

  • More like a thrust washer in the motor crankshaft

  • at's not the cam man...

  • karma says that right after warranty is up, something goes wrong

  • go buy the clutch puller take the clutch apart and i am almost 100% sure that the tephlon is worn off the bushing that rides on the clutch shaft

  • you just have to buy polaris.

  • yeah that's is the way to go

  • @sveinungj LMAAO ARE YOU ON CRACK?

  • @sveinungj Ya, you don't have to worry about the Polaris breaking, they come broken right off the showroom floor already.

  • dude u have to buy a new cluch i have that quad and that happend to me i had to buy a new clutch ok

  • if you remove the primary and the shaft moves in and out u have internal damage. but if its the primary sliding one the shaft u could be missiing a spacer that sits between clutch and shaft shoulder. or u could have a broken or week spring in the primary. one last thing to check is the movement of the clutch sheaves relative to each other.

  • well if two out o warenty call em

    sound like u got lemon

  • two weeks out of warrenty that really sucks

if you dont fet that fixed you will gnd up with burnt piston rings and if you gat that it meen the engine oil will get in to the combution chamber and wil burn all your engine oil m8 and then you will have a seest up engine and then... you ant going know were. so i sugest u get it fixed!

  • Hey, I got a Renegade 500 and I have the same problem. I took it into a shop and they told me that it is normal. I think they are full of shit. So if you figure out what the problem is, please let me know

  • i work for a can-am team and ive had some issues with the rear ends making noise... have u been jumping it and landing with the gas on? because that will mess up the rear diff. the way to check is set it up on a stand with the rear wheels off the ground and give it a little gas and let off if the wheels dont smoothly come back down to speed its the rear diff. now if it doesnt tuen out to be the diff i would need to know detail about you problem

  • I know that Can Am is having a problem with their helix in the secondary clutch. The tool you can purchase from Can Am... You can pull the secondary without a special tool the helix is a three tooth round gear behind the pulley. Good luck! I ride a Brute Force 750 and it rocks!!!!

  • Unforunately for you though, you will always be behind me...

  • If it's internal motor wise, like crank bearings, or something, u can still buy an extended warranty from a dealer for a short time after factory expires. Would definately be worth it IMO.

Cat500i GO take your lil AC500, and play with the little boys bike clubs elsewhere. We could disconnect 1 cyl, and still whoop your ass!!

  • well wat i think happend is tht u made a mistake buyin a can am
