I too had it as a kid and plus I remeber taking it to school and not just showing it off but also USING it in school, I can't imagine kids being allowed to melt down metal in the middle class (I think I was in the 3rd grade)
this was back when the world wasn't a big pussy. those were toys MADE OF LEAD. they gave you lead pellets for geez sake and now every scared parent are bitching a fit cause some toys have lead-based paint now-a-days?! screw this generation, i had that toy when i was young and im a graduate with a computer networking degree...so obviously i turned out ok. let the kids have there fun!!
