That doesn't look like missing hair to me, it jsut looks like in a dar room it would amplify the shadow under his jaw, which you can still see, but faitner outsiede
continuity is a really hard job in production...you have no idea how confusing it is, with the costumes and make up and props...what more minute stuff like the dirt and flaws on your actor's face! it's really hard believe me
