heel to toe is incorrect. Heel to toe running is a result from people buying running shoes with huge heels. Natural running is landing on the balls of your feet like how you would when you run barefoot. You should take the video down expert village.

Wow, you've been running for 15 years with horrible destructive inefficeny.
The funny thing is stride length isn't different for different people. This because the optimal stride rate for efficent runnig is right around 181 foot strikes per minute. Which has to do with the elastic recoil from a proper foot strike, but since your other videos suggest heel stiking which by-passes the lower legs desinged elasticity, it's no surprise that you would then go on to get this wrong too.

Again, I don't agree with her running. I think she sounds arrogant and pushy, and constantly trying to force her ideas on you.
You can also see, in her last demonstration at the end, her previous to last step.
Her left foot goes forward and her toes point down, as if she is intentionally focusing on pointing toes down, as runners with shoes have to do!
