  • Nice to see my beast 60008 is still in good condition considering its not been used or repaired for four years. I think all the Class 60's should be sent to Brush promptly for a full refurbishment and new power units. I am sure GE or Caterpillar would be willing to supply something that would fit in the same place of the less than reliable Mirrlees Blackstone as DB Schenker don't seem to want to invest in the maintenance required for them and Mirrlees are no longer around.
