THere's some Dylan in here, sure, but I think the album is more influenced by the Beatles than Dylan--the lyrics are much more personal and less abstract, and the drums and bass interact in a much more Beatlesque way than a lot of modern music I've heard.

i really like wilco but after a 3 year wait i am really disappointed with "sky blue sky", i thought it is pretty lackluster. impossible germany to me is the only really great song, i think the last loose fur lp was much better. let's hope they have a new record before 2010.
