@ray3922 if you're confused with the notes, you play in Bm and he play in Em, but he is using a capo y 7th fret, so he is playing in Bm too

@TheCannabisKing Well thank you! I have to say that I love my guitar, it's a Tanglewood TW170AS-CE. wich is a good guitar for a reasonable price (Here in Holland it's around €425,-)! The inlaids are Green Abalone,.

Yep, standard tuning, so an 0 is a open string, just pretend the capo isn't there!

Hmmm...that's strange. Could be because of the capo or the kind of capo you're using. You have to tune your guitar really well and use a góód capo, not one that pulls the strings up or down, but maybe this is not what you mean..or it could be your guitar, lots of guitars sound oke, except when you play higher on the fretboard, notes can sound way off...in that case it should be fixed in the store where you bought it or any guitarstore of course.
