how do you know its not a evo 9 with an evo 8 head swap, thats what all the cats around here are doing because the mivec is crap

it's an evo 8 w/ a IX front bumper. The metal part of the steering wheel is silver. Under the hood shows a non-MIVEC motor. The headlight housings are chrome, etc..
