@Nauticalman I agree with you 110% I used to skateboard and actually film skateboarding currently.. When I was young I would mouth off to people cause i thought it was cool and its what ya want for footage. Now if i get told to leave i ask may i try again? if not I leave right away and say thank you. When the cops come nowadays they know me and see who i am right away and just keep going cause they know i dont cause trouble. Now younger kids on the other hand. They wont put up with it.

So very true. Wherever I skate with my friends it's always someone who just loves to fuck with skaters or it's the police who just don't seem to give us a chance to have some fun and possibly further our goal. Cops and many people ruin everything. Recently I've gotten a ticket for skating at a place where I've been skating for over a year just because 1 new store moved in and tried to do something about it.

It means that if they believe that or have reason to suspect that your camera is being used for or was obtained through illegal activities(such as skateboarding in most places), they can take it from you. And, this is the kicker, they don't have to give it back. Ever.

If the officer is in the public, i.e walking down the street or in a park or what have you he holds no right to privacy. Especially since they are public service officers. The law changes when you are trespassing though. I really dont want to debate so lets be friendly
