Open up "handling.dat" with notepad and edit away. If you know a bit about programming create a small app to read in text files to give yourself a nicer layout =)

Are you serious? The cars in GTA4 handle like a fucking block of concrete on wheels. The center of mass is done so badly, handling is poorly done, unrealistic top speeds, braking systems, traction, suspension, etc.

The GTA4 car system is a total failure at trying to be realistic. If they didn't take so many short cuts it would've been good but the devs were lazy.

Top speed of few cars are to high.. I got speedmeter and Range Rover (forgot GTA name) runs 280km/h+... Hell Fury runs almost 300km/h... how i can run 300km/h on chopper in real life ?

your speedmeter is wrong, install another one. the maximum speed GTA4 can simulate is 257kph. no vehicle in my mod is faster than in real life.

you speedmeter takes kph for mph, then multiplies by 1.6 to make it kph. just divide by 1.6 to get the real speed.

300 "kph" / 1.6 = 190 kph

This mod looks really cool. The only thing that looked a little off is that the suspensions on the sports cars should be tighter so they don't slide so much. Other than that this mod and video are very good.
