  • Palin is a moron. The fact that the media gives her more attention then a genuine conservative and Republican statesmen like Paul shows how intellectually bankrupt politics has become.

  • @sassygirl345 Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich together. Google that. Both are principled gentlemen. TOGETHER THEY CAN WIN!

Register to vote as a Republican, or he CANNOT win the Republican nomination, because YOU will NOT be eligible to vote for him in the PRIMARY! You can still vote however you want in the final election.

  • @crogromphulous They don't agree on economic issues, though. But, you're right that they're both principled.

  • sarah palin is sexy! i tell ya.. if she was my next door neighbor...

  • its crazy....palin is a nut case...really she is..she knows nothing...she quit the mayor job...are we that bad off..that she is the best we can come up with.....help use all...

  • Ron Paul: love him or hate him, you gotta admit, he's got balls; unlike McBama.

  • ron paul needs his own party so the brainwashed right and left will vote for him. especially cause there are so many who just hate dem/rep. RON PAUL 2012.

  • "Will her fans turn on her if they find out that she is not conservative"

Hell no, she sounds like a shit kicker---Im voting for her!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sarah Palin is not only a political simpleton, but she's a completely influenced Neoconette. What Paul's support does is take away from the GOP, and that is a GOOD THING! Listen up ALL fawning, STUPID GOP supporters. You continue to insult and pass off Ron Paul and his supporters, you will NEVER see the White House again. Our MILLIONS of votes (that YOU WON'T GET) will be the deciding factor from now on. You want our vote? ELECT OUR LEADER!

  • The Republicans refuse to let Ron Paul out of his silent prison. I see Ron Paul taking alot of votes to a third party if he is not the candidate for 2012.

  • @ronpauleducates Ron Paul is very true on many issues, but I wouldn't say we need a third party. The GOP needs people like him. Besides, He should be ashamed of some of his radical supporters (this does not include you) that think Democrats and Republicans are brainwashing people. That's a bit too extreme.

  • @mattjnor98

You don't think people are brainwashed by the phony 'left vs right' paradigm in this country?

  • Third parties on the left and the right is a good thing. The two party system sucks regard of ideology.

  • Sad to see someone who once challenged his party to be held to a higher standard, voluntary turning himself into a Republican lackey, as he has done since the 2000 election.

  • Wild about Sarah Palin!!!!!

    Buchanan's a dipshit

  • who doesn't?

I mean 5 yrs ago I was a member of the KKK and now I'm married to a black woman

  • I think you mean what libertarian doesn't? There are a lot of people without hate and bigotry in their past.

  • And this is coming from someone who supported McCain/PALIN??!! Hahahahaha!!!!

  • republicans are liars, democrats are spinless and under educated on stuff that matters. become a LIBERTARIAN!

  • or GREEN Party...

  • Pat owns this dumb carpetmuncher. She is about 1/3 as intelligent as she believes herself to be.

  • Nice sexist ad hominem attack.

    Let me guess, Republican?

  • Let me guess, you are an unattractive female or homosexual male. And no I am not a Republican. I detest George Bush (draft dodging bully); Bill Clinton is the last decent leader we have had.

  • Why are we subjects of the two party system? John Quincy Adams our 6th president was a member of six political parties during his life.

If the president is elected from the two main parties it would be the first President not born in a state of the union.

Official birth records for McCain indicate that he was born in the Republic of Panama not in the Canal Zone (found on forms hannity com).

Obama is hiding his long form, because his birth is Kenya not Hawaii.

  • That reporter is being very deceptive.

  • That is complete and utter bullshit. There is never too much at stake to vote AGAINST your principles. How long will we continue to utter that idiotic phrase "there's too much at stake to vote for a 3rd Party"? Are we just gonna fuck ourselves in the ass by allowing this country to be controlled by a 2 party system forever? America has lost it's balls! I forgot that Dems and Reps have done such a great job in recent times.

I live in New York, Obama is going to spank him here anyway.

  • Voting third party will not change anything. There must be a change in the voting system altogther. This means ending the electoral and winner take all systems. Then a third party vote would count.

  • well, you raise a good point but i still cant vote for mccain or obama. that'd be like selling my soul to satan. i believe in the same america envisioned by the founding fathers and all those who fought and died for us to have this fucking country in the first place. small government, small spending, foreign policy of non-intervention, stay out of foreign alliances, and low taxes. if a candidate does not offer this, he/she does not have my vote. its that easy!

    Libertarians = True Americans

  • I agree with you except I would not define Americans. I think they should be whatever they want to.

But your point about McCain and Obama not being what the founders envisioned is well taken.

  • lol, thanks

  • You deserve a nice hypothetical Freedom-HighFive.

  • haha, thanks.

we just need to keep the Ron Paul Revolution alive. keep spreading the word, gain numbers, and eventually we will have our day as long as we keep fighting for it. after the spanking that McCain received, maybe Republicans will finally wake up from their dream world and return to conservative/libertarian values. something tells me it'll probably take a couple of more embarrassing defeats until they realize they need to start listening to the people!

  • Vote 3rd Party. If either McCain (the RepubliCON) or Obama (the DEMONcrat) are elected they would be the first president not natural born (born in a state of the union) as required by the Constitution. Look up the facts. Obama is being sued by a lifelong democrat to reveal his real birth certificate (the long form from Kenya). Obama has been trying to conceal everything about his past, which is seedy. McCain was born in the Republic of Panama.

  • McCain's father was in the military, he was born on American property on an Army base, give him a break.

  • i'm not gonna vote for Obama just to vote against McCain. that's not voting for who i support, that's just pissing a vote away to vote against somebody. i'm done voting for the lesser of two evils. why would i vote for Obama when i don't agree with much of his policies? republicans should have nominated ron paul, democrats should have nominated dennis kucinich, so i'll be voting for Bob Barr of the Libertarian Party! more people need to start supporting 3rd parties for change this country needs.

  • These two should have a show together. How great would their ratings be.

  • yeah this is pretty bad, they talk about Palin for 6 min.

    even Pat; so saddd...

  • Wow, they should be saying Chuck Baldwin not Ron Paul when talking about the third party candidates. They sound ignorant saying Bob Barr and Ron Paul effecting the right and not mentioning Chuck Baldwin at all.

  • Pat has a green-eye.

  • I did like they way both of them seemed to be having fun.

  • Way to ignore McKinney, Rachel, what the hell?

  • THAT DIKE IS A PITBULL

  • So, the headlines on the bottom are flashing between Ron Paul rejects establishment candidates and Bob Barr blah blah, and they're talking about Sarah Palin above. Aaaand MSNBC loses again.

  • Did this wench call 3rd party candidates insurgents?!?!?! Whats up with calling Ron Paul's Rally a "shadow dissident event". It wasnt shadow at all, it was advertised. The Bilderberg group thats shadow!!!

  • oracle,

i understand shadow to mean without the same light as the standard.

she is also quite progressive. your qualms are much ado about nothing.

  • Ok, u only address one word, it was "Shadow Dissent Group" and the use of the word "Insurgent" that pisses me off. Most sheep like Americans will take that to mean the 3rd party candidates are "terrorists".

  • oki-dog,

i'm voting, and evidently you too, for one of those "insurgents." it's just word-play, and probably not intentionally meant to evoke terrorism (probably party-spoliers). again, become familiar with maddow, and i thnk you will see that she is quite progressive, probably even sympathetic, as most of the third-party candidates are, with middle eastern impatience with western meddling.

    stay up.

  • Your right, thats why Ron stated he was supporting the Baldwin/Castle this election.

Many people will be voting third party.

There are some third party candidates that are honest, and then others are merely a manipulation.I'm voting Baldwin/Castle

  • "This is all Mickey Mouse your working in! You gotta do better than this Rachael!" ha, ha, ha!

  • rachel is truly aweful

  • The question mark at the end of the video title couldn't be more appropriate.

  • slay the shepherd and the sheep will SCATTER!!!

  • what about scott loper?

  • My point was that Executive Orders (Especially National Security Directives) do not require Congressional approval to take effect but they have the SAME legal weight as laws passed by Congress.

  • The president cannot make laws and Congress holds the power of the purse, so Obama really wouldn't be able to get anything too radical accomplished.

  • An executive order is a law created by the president

  • An Executive Order is policy that is used to help implement laws already passed by Congress.

  • To implement or execute the laws of the land, Presidents give direction and guidance to Executive Branch agencies and departments, often in the form of Executive Orders, In effect, this leaves the decision to the federal agencies involved and the President that stands at their head. This, of course, runs against the general logic of the Constitution -- that no one should have power to act unilaterally.

  • It's insane how they make the BIG story the fact that Ron Paul won't endorse McCain... rather than the BIGGER ISSUES, real LIFE OR DEATH issues. THIS IS FUCKING RIDICULOUS!

  • I agree .. its bureaucratic BULLL SSHIT! :O

  • 20 million voters will be bringing their pens to write in RON PAUL. Amen.

  • Yup

  • Chuck Baldwin for prez Bob Barr VP indorsed by Ralph Nader and the Green Party!!!

  • Ralph Nader 2008

If any one needs more proof that MSNBC is not liberal, listen to how she ignore the historic significance of the alliance betwee suppossed polar opposites Ralph Nader & Ron Paul (watch their interview together on CNN on youtube).

She was playing up Bob Barr who snubbed Ron Paul and said he was in 43 states, whilst ignoring Nader is on 45 states and didn't even put a picture up of Cyntheia McKinney for the progressive dissenting candidates.

    MSNBC= corporate demohawk

  • She is an asshole!

  • pat buchannan= tool

  • Vote 3rd party! If Americans don't make their protest heard, nothing will ever change.

As for Rachel Maddow, every time she laughs it sends a cold shiver down my spine. She tries so hard to look secure and authentic, but she is not. What a disaster of a woman.

  • Today's "news" consists of nothing more than burned out porn star type anchors and blow hard sell outs.

  • What you need to understand is that MCcain and Obama are the same on the important issues. Neither will make the changes necessary to take this country in the right direction. So if you vote for Third party you will be sending the message that enough is enough. If a lot of people do this the main parties will start taking the side of the people. We the people decide not We the corporations decide. Have courage do not waste your vote on Mcobama. The 2000 elections was decided by the supreme

  • what a joke... lol laughing laughing... eat my dick bitch

  • why does ANYONE still allow the annoying abrasive PAT BUCHANNAN on the air.

    bloated boring hot-head.

  • THIRD PARTY VOTERS, PLS READ!

Let's say a group from ur office goes out to eat each week & u must attend. Now, let's say u really like pizza, ur ok with chinese, but u can't stand mexican - it gives you the runs! Everyone votes on where to eat & it comes down to the above 3 choices, but pizza doesn't have enough votes to possibly win. Oh no! It appears that Mexican food may win yet again! U vote pizza & jerk off on the toilet while sh!t runs down ur leg bc by God u voted ur conscience. Smart!

  • Doesn't Obama want to tax the oil companies and redistribute the wealth to the"downtrodden"?

    Vote Libertarian.

  • Why are they talking about the hidden religous code buzz words of Palin? It's off topic

  • this woman sucks. shes just as bad as olbermann

  • She is a butch lesbian's WET DREAM!

  • Yea shes got bigger balls than Olberman and Dan Abrhams too, she better watch out for the Dikes on Bikes gang!

  • GO BOB BARR! McCain is a fucking disgrace!

  • or Ralph Nader! Third Parties FTW!

  • hey man, as long as you're voting third party, i consider you a friend in the fight for liberty against the Republicrats. good to see you could disagree with me without getting loud. 3rd parties need to unite and fight the power! keep getting the word out about nader, i'll keep doing for bob barr. i like nader but i'm more of a libertarian. peace out, keep fighting!

  • pls see my food analogy above.

until we have real campaign finance reform, or a unified 3rd party (both of which I heartily endorse) A VOTE FOR A 3RD PARTY IS RETARDED.

Sorry, I know that's offensive, but maybe someone out there on the fence will hear me. I know wherof I speak. I voted NADER in 2000, IN FLORIDA!

PLEASE READ OBAMA'S BOOKS, and don't believe the lies about him being spread so pervasively.

    OBAMA/BIDEN 08! & WE CAN'T WAIT!

    peace to all.

  • Maybe it's offensive to some people, I don't really care. I'm not on the fence, I know where I stand...I'm a libertarian-leaning Republican. if i wasnt voting for Bob Barr, i would be voting for McCain's sorry ass. while i do believe that Obama is the lesser of two evils, a vote for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil. the neo-Cons have disgraced the Republican Party, and i hope Obama kicks our ass. maybe then we'll return to conservative values! peace out!

  • Insurgent 2008'

  • maddow is just another obama water carrier, in the vein of olbermann. don't expect any serious journalism coming from her.

  • I liked Rachel when she was a substitute anchor. Now that she has her own show she has shown her true colors as the socialist lap dog.

We've been had by the Republicrats, throw the bums out! Vote 3rd Party of your choice!

  • Is it just me or did they just spend five and a half minutes of this "story" talking about something other than the subject? What did ANY of this have to do with Sarah Palin?

    R.I.P. Journalism/Honest reporting

  • Ron Paul is the true American Patriot, not the major parties nor the major candidates.

Write-in Dr. Ron Paul. He is the only one who can fix this mess before it truly is too late.

  • Ralph Nader is pretty close (at least with his desire to kill the Federal Reserve). Nader will be getting my vote.

  • I voted Nader in 200, in Florida. Don't do it!!

Pls see my food analogy above. ;-)

  • Cut all the media BS. Ron Paul and the third party candidates need equal coverage as the other two for the sake of the country.

  • Did anyone notice the "insurgents" tag placed on these candidates?

The news media loves using word association to cast a negative light on people they want to keep in the "fringe".

  • Pat Buchanan has long been an advocate of the Big Oil sponsered "Global Warming is a Hoax" theory. Why is anyone this deluded being asked to comment as an expert on anything? Which are you Mr. Buchanan? A Lunatic or a Liar.

  • Notice how this dialogue instantly degenerates into more gossip about Sarah Palin. The issue is this country NEEDS REFORM and a platform not offered by either of the major parties. The articulate, issue driven ALL OF THE INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES are preferable to the major, corporately funded candidates. NADER, BARR, BALDWIN, & MCKINNEY MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES.

  • That lesbian can only speak venom poison. Is she a liberal? We need to stop listening to opinionated TV fools and vote third party. Brind down the stablishment.

    Google Chuck Baldwin

  • haha! "it's pat!"

  • Rachel is such a bitch!

  • rachel asks him about her economic policies and he responds with crazy liberals don't care about her nephew getting tasered. esp. after monday when he was saying how disgusting it was that the liberal media was even discussing palin's religion, only to begin spouting about rev. wright. ugh. rach, dahling, can pat please.

  • I wasn't very impressed with this reporting.

  • Nor was I. How about that beyotches invective and verbal barbs. Carefully picked dark references to describe the RALLY, this press conference. AND THEN... to have the gall to say its a problem for just the republicans- it's a force to be reckoned with for the 2-party system (both sides of the same coin).

  • This was NOT "reporting". It wasn't news show. It's opinionated show hosted by Maddow who we all know is a liberal. What exactly are you whining about? Should only right wing nuts like Hannity have tv shows?

  • I don't think right wing nuts like Hannity or left wing nuts like Rachel should have TV shows if they don't report the news. This is just hackery.

She won't report what the very important issues are that the 3rd parties are trying to introduce to the debate, she just hacks away and talks about it hurting the republicans or democrats.

So to answer your question, Americans need to hold mainstream media accountable to report the issues instead of promoting the republicrat horse race.

  • I agree 100%. The entire MSNBC organization is dedicated to hackery. At least she is an educated hack. She is a Rhodes Scholar as opposed to Hannity or Beck who have barely finished High School. Don't get me wrong though; unfortunately, her hackery trumps her education.

It is the fault of people that we don't have any BBC, Euronews, DW-TV, etc. fact reporting style news. People of this country are thirsty for opinion. There is no difference between these "debates" and the ones on ESPN.

  • we need to hold ourselves responsible for this.

  • tin foil hats??

    bitch.

  • NOBAMACAIN! RON PAUL 2008 till the end of time!

  • Pat and Rachel are so great together. Particularly the end part.

  • i like ron paul.

  • Funny to see Rachel Maddow downplaying Ralph Nader has not having an impact. I don't wanna hear any whining when Obama loses.

  • Yes. Because Rachel Maddow speaks for all Democrats.

  • Didn't imply that. I was talking about Rachel Maddow...(However, the majority of Democrats do believe that Nader is a spoiler.)

  • Pat, what happened to you. Are you in love with this VP?

  • It's funny how MSNBC conviniently left out Ron Paul's rejection of BOTH McCain AND Obama.

They also mentioned Barr was on 43 states, dismissing Ralph Nader was on 45 states which was on more states than he was on than in 2000.

Also interesting how MSNBC didn't include a picture of Cynthia McKinney as the 1st African American weomen running for President.

They're selectivly ommiting the facts in favour oif the Demohawks. They don't seak for true progressives like Nader, McKiney & Kucinich.

  • Blah, blah, blah mainstream garbage.

  • Thank YOU!!!!

  • ***** just because you exposed the fact that Pat Buchanan wastes most of his opportunities to say something that will help the Liberty movement. Instead of staying on topic and saying something valuable about the issues, which brought the 3rd party candidates together, Buchanan changed the subject to Palin immediately!

He is good sometimes. This wasn't one of those times.

  • Partisan hacks.

  • Treat her like the joke she is and conservatives will sit back down. They only like her b/c they're certain that it pisses us off. It's not b/c they're rational. The facts don't at all matter to the right. They are emotive, primarily.
