ABSOLUTELY FAKE:

1.it shows the title of the show, not the game.

2.The audio is almost perfect quality, it's not 16-bit music.

3.Single frames are low quality, but the video has a too high frame rate for a Genesis.

4.Even if they managed to fit this video in a cardridge (impossible, how big was the file you posted?) it wouldn't make sense to use different frames for still images (such as 0:37 and 1:14), but you did, as we can see the background "moving". This was totally not made by game-makers.
