one, how do you record the tracks to upload them on here, and 2, how the hell do you rip bits or get samples for it?

1: Connected the aux audio cable(s) of the ps2 with an adapter fitting into the microphone input of my PC (you can also use the line-in input). Then I used the programe Audacity to record the sound (while playing the song on the ps2) onto the pc.

2: I bought the "sampler kit" that was sold seperately with Music Generator 2. The sample that I "ripped" is the bell as there is no riff ingame that does sound similar enough.

Mit einem guten Gehör/Gespür für Tonhöhen und viel rumprobieren geht das schon. Original anhören/Song basteln/Original anhören/Song basteln usw, nach einiger Zeit nimmt das dann Form an.

ye I know the bell is horrible but I wasn't in the best mood...and the bass isn't perfect (notice the little pause at the beginning).

Aren't you the morse from TIMGUL? If yes, you have some of the best rap tracks over there...too sad you didn't post more. I would really like to hear a complete version (with lyrics) of the sword play one day.

i mean clearly u found a way to upload it like this, so theres a way to get it off the playstation, if i can just get it onto a computer(unless this is a video recorded off a tv, then that would be dissapointing) i can make a cd with it.

BUT I do have the track on my pc as a mp3 file too. You can record your tracks to pc by using a combination of cables (I don't know the english words for those cables) and a recording program like the freeware "audacity".

This is the only time I tried to imitate an already existing track. But I have created many other own hip-hop/rap instrumentals.

I thought this sounded pretty good considering I only do rock music with this game. Me and my brother (reddale655) have some music on here also. I loved the guitar and the piano sounds with it. I think it's better than most beats out there right now. Keep up with the work. If u want to check our music out, feel free either on Digital Hitz Factory or the MG2.

I connected the ps2 cables to a cinch plug and connected that to the pc line-in.

After that I recorded the tracks with audacity.

Well I don't use the pre-made vocals but I have a few songs on which I have my own vocals, I'm going to post something of that stuff in the next days. Mostly rap tracks.
