Nope, driving is not privilege it is your rights. You are the owner of the car. You used your car to take you anywhere you wanted. This is your rights. License is a permission. It means it comes from somewhere that has the authority. It only means you cannot use your property(car) without their (approval/license) consent! That goes to gun controls.
