@MrTwinTurboZ It's a nice dream to think this car would do well at Bathurst, but in truth it wouldn't do well against all the million dollar machines there. Maybe 20 years ago it would be a different story.

@mikk999 Mate you do no the GTR still holds the record for completing the bathurst

1000 race the Quickest, and the 300zx was band over sees for the same reason the GTR was, it was to quick, even 20 years later the 300zx still handles better than any falcadoor has.

@mulleris24 Yes, and track has changed since the GTR did that. I'll also point out that V8 supercars have done much faster laps since then. The old Nissans could be close with a lot of money poured into them, but you still can't beat 20 years of progress. The fact that these old machines aren't massively off the mark these days shows how good they were at the time. I'd still rather have a Z32 over a Z33 or Z34 too.
