Adelaide Oval western grandstands fly over

As much as I'd prefer Adelaide Oval to be left alone, I must admit that when the whole oval is redeveloped to match these western stands, it will look much more uniform. Right now it almost looks half-finished, and I think that may have been deliberate in order to persuade SACA to back the full-monty renovation.

@plusplusplusplusp Agreed. The Bradman Stand looks so out of place now. Don't even get me started on the Clem Hill Stand worst( 'grandstand') e.ver

Why was the upper western part left unclosed from the elements?

Once the eastern and northern grandstands are finished by 2015, capacity will be 50,000. At the moment (mid-2011) I think it's 36,000.
