  • I feel like if you don't have the hi hat, you don't have it all. It is the anchor and sets the pulse. To me it looses a lot of feel without the hats. Glad to know I am on the right track. Thanks for the feedback.

  • Yea man, you're rockin' it! That's the hard part is the muscle memory. I'm impressed you have the hihat down with it. From there all you have to do is slowly inch the speed up. Then, start to move it around. Your next hurdle won't be getting speed, that will come naturally...it will be the first time you move it around the kit. Every time you learn a linear pattern, it gets easier though...it's a cumulative effect.

  • Posture is really all about what is comfortable to you. I just changed mine yesterday where I know sit on my throne a little further back than i had. It changed a lot of stress for me in my positioning etc..

  • Nah man, nothing to critique here imo, but I am not the teacher..lol.. I would say just keep doing it over and over ya know..

  • Guys, feel free to comment on anything you see that could be better...posture, ergonomics, arm position, whatever, it is all fair game to me.
