games are never this hard nowadays. this was fudging impossible. I dont think i made it past level 3. or maybe even only level 2. I definitely did level 1 though.

fantastic, but yes as stated by others there is way too much controller lag in the game so this longplay might have been bumped up on speed to be able to remove the controller lag.

other than that, amazing performance by the player!

as for the guys who mentions rush'n attack , Rush'n Attack is the name for the game in usa and iirc even in asia.

Green Beret was first and foremost a coin op game and then made into this c64 version (best game of the 3 foremats) and then later on the NES.

Johan Moller is just AMAZING. This video is basically machine territory performance. It is highly optimized. He doesn't waste any time killing unnecessarily etc. Amazing, amazing, amazing... Truly refined... Beat this and you're the Terminator. 6:30 for the whole Green Beret. WOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!

Thank you very much for posting this Green Beret game on YouTube. I remember playing this game over and over when I was 11 years old, and the complete frustration of not being able to progress to the next level, even after hundreds of tries. My dad downloaded the game from a public bullitin board website in 1986, and I never thought I'd ever see the day when somebody actually won!
