  • thank man

  • hey do you know the website for that rock crawler the way i know where i can get it fixed

  • @carljones992 They use to offer customer support and parts and some people were maching steel parts to upgrade inside the axles, but these things are so outdated, I really doubt there is anymore customer or aftermarket support anymore.

  • @yoothgeye dam do you the number for the company

  • @carljones992 The Nylint rock crawler was sold by the funrise toy company, at a dot com to funrise and go to their website and try looking there.

  • Great vid! Subbed! Sub back? =D!

  • @yoothgeye i have been looking for one forever i bought one when they first came out but i lost it then i modded a jada mustang from walmart

  • toy you say? the flex and capabilitie i saw from that rig was suprising! enter her in a comp!

  • you should make the legs on the teeter tarter rounded

  • @hpvsmac I was just making that thing on the quick, let it on the side of the road during a move last year.

  • Thanks for the ideas. Your jeep seems to be another version of my first crawler. Mine was a tube frame yellow crawler by nylint. I loved to play with that thing but finally saved up enough for a scaler. I agree that most of the fun is in the realism and some crawlers are insanely inaccurate. Anyways, I was looking for something to do with rocks, dirt, and tree limbs and still mix it up to have challenge and realistic appeal. Now i'm going to have to include some pallet bridges as well.

  • what is your rockcrawlers name

  • @airsoft948 That is a Nylint rock crawler, was sold in Walmart, they are alot of fun, have an incredibly low crawl gear and lots of power, but they are just a toy. I have slightly upgraded now to a modified Cliff Climber, but I still like to play with the Nylint, I think it accurately mimics the physics and performance of a real modified 4x4, where are some RC Crawlers go so far in their ability that no real crawler could do that in real life.

  • citty cat

  • you have some reasonable tools y only got some fucking handsaws from great quality but it is some harder

  • you weigh 272 kilo? Im around 70kg. Anyway good video

  • nice one! never thought this before. thanks :)

the video deserved to be in my site :)

  • you could use the cornners that u cut off at the end so its easyer to get up on

  • @zacmans1 I didn't want it to be easy.

  • why r u always out of breath?

  • @hobao14 I weigh 600 pounds and it's not easy for me to outside walking around.

  • @yoothgeye im not going to say something mushy and falsely sympathetic that might be offensive, but i want to say thank you for making this great vid, it will definetly use it this spring/summer/fall. i'm glad that you have a hobby that is not sitting aroun and watching tv. thare's too many people with that agenda these days. i belive that rc rock crawling is a great way to get outside and get a breath of fresh air. just keep close to God and ask santy calus for a new crawler for x-mas 2010! .'D

  • nice video never had an idea like this!!!

  • Nice Video Yoothgeye!!

only if i could get my hands on a pallet! :( How did you get it?? really like the conecpt

  • @traxxasslash26 Drive around behind grocery stores and shopping centers, there's usually a few you can take that are just waiting for someone to pick them up. Some say "return to vendor" or something like that, otherwise mostly they just throw them out.

  • @yoothgeye oh, hahaha, thanks man!

  • nice video plan on doin some sand pits in my backyard when I get a 4x4 rc... just researching now to get the perfect one! any imput?

  • @bigmike97dak Save lots of money.

  • I have over 100 pallets at my dads work I'm so lucky now I can make a oark

  • nice nylint!

  • the ax10 is incredible

  • That was really cool, thanks for taking the time to share your ideas :) I'm all about the budget solutions!

  • I started with the same Nylint Jeep, and got hooked, it kept breaking the tranny, so i got an Axial Scorpion, much better, and more fun!!

  • I recommend the axial ax-10 rtr, you won't be disappointed, worth the money

  • i recomend it to mine is incredible

  • yoothgeye thats is a great idea because its lighter to move than rocks and if you cant have a course that is up all the time its a great idea, i love it if every hobby shop had somethin simple to crawl on like that it would sell sell sell, and to drewsy poosy you can just shut the hell up, whats worse admitting you have 2 grand into your crawler and still not having it where you want it? or buying a 30 dollar crawler and having just as much fun, dorkfish

  • I didn't make this video to show off the crawler and if you actually listened to the audio you would hear that I was apologetic about not having a hobby level crawler. This video was about making obstacles on the cheap.

  • i have a RC Rock Crawler just like that one an i driven it in snow

  • @qbandog same

  • were could i get one now and does it have 4wd

  • @732coltkr3w732 yes it foes 4wd and u can get it from argos for £20.00

  • i looked at the store and i couldnt find the crawler could you please try to find a link either for a used one or a new one thanks cause nothing popped up when i typed in a nylint crawler

  • you could find it on ebay but i got mine a couple of years ago

  • how much for that car? like how much did u pay

  • That's a Nylint Rock Crawler, they sold in Wal-Marts. In the beginning they sold for $150 complete with batteries, then as time went on and Wal-Mart wanted the big boxes off the shelf the lowered and lowered the price till some people got them for as low as $30. That's how much this one was.

  • sweet course if you have extra money they make a team losi micro and mini rock crawler

  • I'm very aware of the hobby level crawlers, it's just the extra money I don't have, though I did just get a modified Cliff Climber from a friend to play with. I still love my Nylint though, it's a great representation of scale crawling.

  • What I have is acceptable for me, as for "investing" in anything, I have a wife and 3 kids, this is why I am so cheap I make obstacles out of pallets. haha

  • i love nylint rock crawlers because of their low gear ratio can u make anothere vid just of th ecar close up and the controller and its functions keep up gd work iam gonna subscribe and add as friend good idea but my dad just took 2 pallets to the tip but he is gettin gstuff from his work imspiring idea

  • Nice man!! I love the tetter totter!!

  • never thought about using pallets...awesome idea...budget crawler i guess u can say huh?? i guess im just gonna have to "acquire" some pallets from work :p thanks for the vid!

  • to make a really good bridge with that ladder peice is to pop all of the slats off and put then back on without any screw..makes it trickier and they move a little while your on them also if you do build to it try to make it a little wider. great job on it!
