Here in Canada the RCMP confiscate firearms that they deemed illegal because they "may" be easily converted to full automatic. These same firearms were legal to purchase the year before by their same standards. They change the rules to suit their purposes. They refuse to define what "may easily be converted" means. This vague term can be applied to all firearms. The BATFE hopes to have the same unchecked power some day.

The FCC follows the same philosophy. They can fine a radio station for inappropriate content without explaining what there guide lines are. They can even go back years and fine stations retroactively for content broadcast years prior. And when asked what their guidelines are for content they can't tell you. It's a guessing game.

Gun laws are so insanely inappropriate based on actual FBI crime stats. More guns = less crime. So simple. Any info, thanks in advance. The entire firearms industry should do to the ATF what Barrett did with the Los Angeles PD when the LAPD lobbied for the banning of the .50 Barrett and the .50 BMG...refuse future sales to the LAPD and refuse to service what the LAPD already bought. He wrote a letter emphatically stating that his company can not be sustained on military/LE sales alone and that civilian sales help sustain the company.

As far as I'm concerned the 2nd Amendment guarantees our right to any type of firearm, not the kind the ATF decides we can have.

This is the same ATF that ruled that a shoe sting is a machine gun and a pot scrubbing pad is a silencer. The NFA needs to be repealed, and the ATF needs to be gutted.

The BATF doesn't have time to clarify what constitutes a lawful firearm. They are way to busy running guns down to Mexico.
