Not sure abot the stealth comment in the title, the vessel seems very well armed for its size a common aspect of Russian ship desin. But I would not call the system particualy conformal in their mounting, this gives a larger radar signature. Compare it with the US Littoral Combat Ship. Would stealth be achived through active sytems like water mist cloaking (ref swedish vessels). Despite that capability of this firigate very impressive. Well done to the Russian engineers.

@plbuster Well the warship at 2:50 is called the Krivak III Stealth Destroyer, it`s flat angled surfaces and coatings give a smaller radar signature, so essentially it`s a try at stealth, as stealth as you can make a 4000 ton warship without spending billions on a single unit

The thing is Krivak III is an optimized design keeping in mind cost, maintainability and legacy from Krivak I and II.

@plbuster If by propaganda you mean a sales technique, I would agree, they are trying to sell this ship to other countries, but so is every other corporation irrespective of country. Both the LCS and the Visby are not really stealth as they can be detected by modern anti ship missiles, further the clean decks actually result in a lower CWIS capability making them less secure against ASM threats. The word stealth here refers to a design approach, not complete radar invisibility.
