ok just a tip.. do not stand on ur heels at all! also dont stand before you pass, it throws of blance and doesnt help your setter. you guys were good..
also.. talk more! i play club volleyball and everyone is screaming. help your team out by yelling OUT or ITS YOURS or SHORT SERVER! trust me.. it helps soo much!!
