The brand is Guild, veryy good acoustic guitar brand! beautifull guitars...but what i like is that this sound comes from the marshall Silver Jubilees...the amp im looking for now! either one of those or a jcm 800 (preferably the 2205/2210 type) but pff...they're pretty expensive and hard to find in the Netherlands...can you imagine..those 2 amps on a 1960 cabinet with well..which are better Gt 12-75 or Vintage 30's??

I saw the '95 lineup at Lone Star in Kansas City. Got one of Slash's guitar picks. Probably one of the coolest shows I've seen. I still remember the insane look in Gilby's eyes when he was singing Cure Me or Kill Me and Tijuana Jail. All the songs rocked.

I can see and hear some similarities, but I disagree I think Scott is much better because he has more than one voice if you get what I mean, he does his low voice and he has his higher voice and they don't just sound like the same guy singing in different octaves, it sounds like two different singers, thats a rare quality

Eric has more power but his voice is really generic for this genre of music, hence why GnR are so popular due to Axl's unique voice. Yeah I sing and I'm a multi-instrumentalist, I just prefer the way Scott contructs his melodies aswell, which is why Velvet Revolver have that STPness to them despite Scott being the only one from the band, most of the songs Scott writes have a catchy chorus hook which can often work better for you than actual talent, just look at pop music. Catchy but talentless.
