I disagree with your post, there are many Middle Eastern countries which are favored by Westerners (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, ..) However Israel is the only one which heavily invests in human capital and its people. Such a small nation, however the highest ratio of Nobel prize winners per capita than another other country.. Why?
