  • This is great!

I did not know that Pat O'Brien wore a hair piece.

  • I LOVE you for putting up these vintage bloopers.

  • love Raft & Cagney dancing with the cops in Each Dawn I Die hahahaha

  • @jennifer1003 YES. Absolutely the best. XD

  • Is that Hitler in the background at 5:37? lol

  • @OzzyFan87 Yup -- around 1940 Hitler found he was short on funds and decided to moonlight as a Hollywood extra. :p lol

  • Great clips.

    I could not stop laughing.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • Lot's of G-d's, hells, and damn, no f*cks and sh*ts?!

  • "SEEN HIM AROUND WHERE??"

3:08 is f*cking hilarious, lol. I can't not laugh when I see that.

  • =)) 3:08

  • 1:18 ಠ_ಠ

  • Pat O'Brien must've screwed a lot of lines up! He's in every second blooper!

  • 1:03 "no time for jerking"

wonder if that meant the same thing I think it meant back then... and if that's why they were laughing.

  • That's Miriam Hopkins in a scene from "The Old Maid" also in this fantastic group of bloopers!

  • Charley Grapewin's yawn reaction is hysterically funny!

  • 1:14 is hilarious :D

  • Whose the girl at 3:26? She looks gorgeous!

  • Thats Binnie Barnes.

  • @bashbrannigan Or do you mean the woman before that with Joel McCrea? That's Brenda Marshall I believe.

  • @nicoley132 Yes, it's the girl McCrea was kissing before they start laughing. I checked in IMDb and he was in a movie with Brenda Marshall and Binnie Barnes (both in 1939), but it looks a bit more like Marshall. I admit I'm not very familiar with either actress.

  • @bashbrannigan Well, the clip after that is definitely Binnie Barnes and Eric Blore in Til We Meet Again. The part you're asking about looks like McCrea and Brenda Marshall in Espionage Agent.

  • 1:06 you think that..but you don't know...BOOM!!

  • Cagney and Raft having a dance is just the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

  • @MOGGS1942 Oh my goodness, yes. That was too, too funny.

  • "but it'd be still greater frun-- frun. I'm all right. Whoo!" love her

  • 1:20 - 1:31 soo funny!

  • 1:14... I LOVE it!!!

  • Jimmy Cagney's reflexes and ability to break character are incredible.

  • Racism at the beginning! Admittedly funny racism though! 0.0 It's funny that some things are "shocking" now that weren't shocking then, and some things were shocking then that aren't at all shocking now (like saying aw, nuts!)

I love 2:56 That was cute!

  • @oywidapoodles Yeah, I guess it was kind of racist. But funny, no? If I was Asian I don't think I would be offended. It really just pokes fun at the language.

  • 3:06 lmao!

  • 4:42 -- That painting (or something similar) was used as one of the major gags in Tex Avery's MGM Droopy cartoon "The Shooting of Dan McGoo." Ironically, Avery was still with Warners at this time, most likely cranking out his original spoof "Dangerous Dan McFoo," among others...but without this painting.

  • 1:22... So cute :) What movie is that clip from?

  • Each Dawn I Die

  • Yep, Each Dawn I Die, thanks.

And yes, I LOVE THAT PART. :D

  • My favorite "blooper actors" to date: James Cagney, Edward G. Robinson and Claude Rains. :)

  • Probably should throw in Rosalind Russell as a favorite blooper actress! :)

  • This is no time for jerky!!

lol My favorite part is the Confucious "quote" at the beginning! I laughed so hard.

  • Thank you so much for posting all of these! It's hilarious :D

  • That clip at 1:09 is hilarious,it's from The Old Maid and that's Bette Davis laughing offscreen,I'd know that laugh anywhere.

  • I was just thinking the same thing ;)

  • Definitely is! I have watched it 1 million times and still fall off my chair laughing.

  • Ha really that's Bette laughing?

  • Yep,that is undeniably Bette. She said once that she wished she knew how to laugh like a lady.I adore the way she laughs and everything else about her.

  • Cool thanks... Learned something new from our resident Bette experts. :o)

  • during the scene around 2:13 thats lauren bacalls voice off screen isnt it? i cud tell that voice anywhere!lol

  • Actually that's Ann Sheridan. That bit's from Torrid Zone (1940). Miss Bacall didn't make her first movie till 1944. ;)

  • what movie is that at 2:50 can some one please tell me and is itor will it be on youtube? thank you

  • The clip at 3:02 is really hilarious,I love those guys.

  • Amen...I wish I knew the tune that was being played at the end of the clips.

  • 1:10 is hilarious!
