  • Hula Hooping and playing instruments, balancing them, using poi, flags, hoops, fire, puppets, funny ears, whatever we can to get the musical points across. Environmental Encroacment Marching Band pushes the boundaries of entertainment. Honk Fest is a blast and everyone should go! Watch out for the rabbits.
