I bought one just like yours and it did this . I ended up putting diesel down the spark plug ports to loosen the pistons .. Then leave it overnight so it will soak the rings . after you get the pistons moving again , its a great idea to replace the oil since there will be diesel in it . These motors seize when they sit around too long . Today mine runs great . Good luck .
You flooded the engine, or there is water in one of the cylinders.. possibly a blown head gasket or bad manifold. Remove the spark plugs and try turning the engine over after grounding the main high tension coil lead. I bet you will have fuel or water blow out of the spark plug holes!
