The Romanian song your referring to; Stereo Love, was given to her by Ultra Records, who bought the rights to Stereo Love from Edward Maya's music label. So therefore, she didnt steal anything, she was just hired by the studio to sing it for the Canada Charts. Most songs arent original themselves, but are inspired by other songs. I suggest you check out her other songs before criticizing her,she makes some great music,like Latin Moon.

The albums Saxobeats and Devotion, were both released the same time. The single Mr. Saxobeat, just happened to be released much earlier than Burning.

Music, like fashion, has trends that people follow and in case you haven't noticed, the saxophone has been making quite the comeback in a lot of songs.

The actual saxaphone riff is composed differently in each song. It just has a similar feel.

Regardless, I really like this song, but don't like Mr. Saxobeat, so clearly they're not that similar.
