  • I spent the most fascinating and exciting seventeen day of my life there. The Immigration guys were jerks, but they are everywhere. I hated the ones in Syria, but Syrians are very welcoming people otherwise.

I love Iran and I pray to God that the US or Israel doesn't attack it before giving peace a chance. Iran is full of treasures that the whole world needs to know, most of all the people.

  • Ey Iran!!

  • Comment removed

  • nice

  • That was really interesting. For a long time now I have wanted to visit Iran. I should've gone when I lived in London for its only a 5 hour flight from there. I'm in Los Angeles now. Xeli Irani zendigani inja Doxtari Irani xely ziba hast !

  • Oh my God, thank you sooo much for uploading this! I have never been to Iran even though I am Iranian and I have always wanted to know what it is like. Thank you again! And I really hope you didn't get caught or anything! :)

  • very good, its good to show outsiders that your airport is up to date and people are and receive visitors in a warm and welcoming way. So many people have false ideas about Iran and somewhat frightened. I went to Iran and the people were so hospitable and kind. I am English

  • the worst thing that i experienced was when I exit the air port, terrrible smocky air, i couldn't breath. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • did a stranger give you iranian SHIRNI?????? ohhhh I WISH I WAS IN UR PLACE

  • Oh Jesus Miss HOME. it's amazing

  • I would love to visit Iran. It’s a beautiful country and great people; just like the US. But both with shitty governments.

WE DO NOT WANT WAR…. ENOUGH ALREADY

  • @ghayath2011 Iran is really ok, not the mullas and nasty islam part of it,however not all the Iranians are nasties , the government and their dogs are, just like morans in everry country who rule it! I hope we will not come to wars, as you said , we have more than enough. we shall read of muslems(only nast ones , harmless ones and other religion is ok) and their dogs one day and then you come! try Western Azerbijan, Uromia(my home) on your way to Tehran first!

  • Its to bad we can't get along.

  • Great video can't wait tell I visit Iran.

    Looks great.

  • cool

  • The olympic guy @ 1:12 omg who is he? What's his name? Sooo hot! ;))

God I LOVE PERSIAN GUYS HAHA

  • Love it

  • Stop the war by ending the Fed. Ron Paul 2012!

  • @0x20A6E Zionists do not believe in Judaism. Judaism is very similar to Islam and Christianity and they all believe in justice unlike to Zionism which is a racist philosophy and believe in extreme capitalism. As Dr Ahmadnazad has said, like Soviet Union and apartheid South African regimes that were were wiped of the map, the Zionist regime will, no doubt, be wiped off the map. If you are Iranian then support Iran and not the Zionists who are enemy of Iran and humanity.

  • @jmc4israel How many wars have Ahmadinazad has started? How many wars has George Bush started and Obama has continued??? I rest my case!!. Don’t be fooled by Zionist (Fox news) Propaganda!!

  • @0x20A6E Israel, the west and USA have been terrorising and attacking Iran in one way or another since the Iranian revolution (1979). Only last week they killed another Iranian scientist in Tehran. It’s the western terrorism in Iran that has made the system in Iran nervous and that is one of the reasons for very strict security in Iran. Not very nice but unavoidable if they want keep their independence. Please do not support and take side with the murderous Israelis and Americans.

  • @nasnus999 That the strict rules of the government are due to threats by the West is a bald lie. The strictness and callousness of the regime primarily conduces to its control over the people and to keeping them inoffensive and silent. And since you clearly affirm my allegations and even proved that you have a settled anti-Semitic attitude, I don't see any reason for a further discussion.

  • @Rosieontheright Sorry, but by the civilized circles, you mean the west and the USA. The ones that have killed hundreds of thousands in Iraq and Afghanistan only in the last 10 years. The ones that support Saudi, Bahrain murderous regimes and the racist Zionist Israel???

  • Israel, the west and USA have been terrorising and attacking Iran in one way or another since the Iranian revolution (1979).

  • I miss Iran so much now :( The airport looks really good actually, wasn't expecting anything like that at all :P

  • I miss iran. delame be iran tang shode

  • I was in airport in that day . I arrived from London. good

  • very good

  • Sorry, but this just rubbish. What risk you think you were taking? What secret filming!!! It is people like you that give a bad name to Iran. Support and defend your country and don't sell it so cheap.

  • @nasnus999 First, a secret action doesn't necessarily imply a risk. Second, how dare you try to instruct him to present his country in a certain way? That's grossly ignorant and illiberal! You sound like and possibly belong to this inhuman government which terrorises and occasionally slaughters its own people. Is that what you requested him to "support and defend"? Not supporting one's government isn't equivalent to not supporting one's country and you harm your country's image much more.

  • @nasnus999 umm i was in tehran in summer in imam khomeini airport and it clearly says that dont film or take pictures, but of course no body leasoned and the authorities didnt do anything :)

  • it was nice

  • Hmm, I didn't think the atmosphere would be so welcoming

  • @Shrubbs

    lmao why the fuck not?

  • @goooooooooooooz Oh shut up I'm Iranian and last time I checked, the atmosphere was nothing like this

  • @Shrubbs

    Last time you "checked"??

Let me guess, born in Iran, emigrated to the West and now visit once in a blue moon but you think you know everything there is to know about Iran?

  • Respect from Manchester UK, I've been to Iran (Tebriz and Tehran) recently. Fantastic place indeed and the people r charming! :)

  • wtf you mean taking risks and secret filming? wtf you on about?

    And you're Iranian yourself!

lmao he's acting like he's an Israeli going to Bushehr to film a nuke reactor or something

  • I was in that airport when i was going to Japan. We landed in tehran first then took another flight to japan.

It was really funny to be in iran in a couple of hours and it looked really nice there! the people where really kind to!

  • What about recording outside ? ( :

  • I know right? Iran is the best.

  • Iran looks like and awesome place! It appears to be more closely related to Israel than the mainstream media would imply. Too bad it has a psychotic Ayatollah and President at the helm! :(

  • Good old Amoo handing out cakes at the airport!

My uncle Bagher has those duties in my family :)

  • It was good, unique. In fact, I am going to a video based on your idea so ..bravo n thx. One thing you may want to do tho is ..maybe show a little more, from arrival till baggage and then some. Just a suggestion but nice.

  • I wanna go to Tehrannnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. Do u mind taking me with u next time? hahaha and I wanna see more videos pls :(

  • I really wanna go to Tehran, but I have to graduate from school first :((

  • @beshmeyhon its not bad. just go in winter. in summer its terrible. and i lost weight when i went there. apperantly u dont have an appetite in iran with there fast food chains. but it is a very nice place.

  • What is the purpose of this video? Do you want to show how "normal" everyone is? That we are after all just people and we are all alike? The people may not want the leadership they have, but the leadership they have is due to their own choosing so to speak. Militant Islam is the problem and until you get THAT out of your country you will never be welcomed in civilized circles, even if you are attractive, modern, hard working or speak well. Whatever people think of Muslims it is their own doing.

  • @Rosieontheright islam is not militant in fact it's one of the religions that defends peace just some stupid people make it be seen as militant

  • nostalgia!!!!

  • Ive been there, awesome city

  • beshsh be videot

  • I would write more, but there are clearly a bunch of people who are ignorant(imagine that) and haters** --on this site/and on Youtube/ Yahoo- in general...not sure why, I'm guessing because they have nothing better to do than complain and try to start/cause arguments and nonsense when they have no clue what they are talking about...can u email me directly at : manetta1112@yah oo com? (I have many questions to ask you and would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT! Many thanks/Kheyli Mamnoon Again! Alex.

  • hello, salam, Motashakkeram, kheyli, kheyli jaleb!! Man Irani nist-am, ama, I have studied your Beautiful, Ancient, Rich Culture since I was 11 or 12, my mom and dad say...and since then have been Completely Immersed and made every Iranian friend I can; I have also taken 2 yrs worth of Persian/Farsi summer classes, and LOVE the language; So many (ignorant Westerners) have such a Wrong or Bad impression/idea of Iranians and their Culture, I'm ashamed to call myself an American, and, in fact, I

  • Until I get there myself, this will have to do!

  • No it was not the anthem. It never was. Ask your parents.

  • hey.. the video is fab... but were you grown up in USA, cus in london we don’t speak with such accent.. i’m sure you know that... hahaha

  • you blatantly lied about the crying kid coming in front of your new seat though loool

  • This video sucks! And oh by the way, "Ey Iran", the music the band is playing, was never the Iranian national anthem. Don't leave your day job.

  • @shahinarya yes it was learn your history idiot. it was the anthem when the Shah was in Iran until this shitty islamic regime fucked everything up. Are you persian? because if you are, you should be ashamed of yourself. And if you want to know how i'm so sure about the anthem?? Well when my parents went to school in Iran when they were like 13 or something they had to sing this anthem every morning ;) that was in 1973

  • Nice but what's happen to the life in the city ???

  • nice but very short

  • This is not the former national anthem with a different lyrics!!!!!! This is one of the old nationalist anthems, never an official one and the lyrics are the same as they always were.

  • awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Nice video! Greetings from Brazil.

  • I think the airport is very big but somehow I've always only 1 or 2 flights start to see .... I once flew with Iran Air (Geneva to Tehran) and the aircraft was at least 15 years old and since I fly only with Lufthansa, Emirates and the like .... well no matter, in any case, I am once a day and once started in the night and it was anything at the airport .... is this normal?

  • i'm gonna be there in 14 hours :)

  • I think it was cool , i being there and i had the same impression, but its kl thnx

  • i miss tehran

  • I hope I will not have a child sitting beside me :......(

  • ooooh I Miss IRAN

  • It took them so many years(35) to finish this Airport.

It sucks,They try to COPY stuff from other Airports.

However all materials and workmanship are 2nd or 3rd rated, and as a result so many things were broken and in bad shape soon after opening.

Please go and see RESTROOMS,just as awful as any other public places.

Corruption at its worst. Just sad.

  • Well... i guess my flyght would last longer than 6 hours , so I hope not to have a crying boy next to me!

Im going to Teheran from Argentina for the first time next march... its nice to see what to expect!

  • @amir4barca haha - you're right. I am not a very good flyer. I could never travel Australia or NZ - I would rather die. cheers.

  • @alessiorastani Australia is d best, even though like a 1000000000000000 hour flight 2 iran r u iranian ?

  • @danieldaneshzand Are you kidding me? Fly from Tehran to Vancouver, Canada. It is much farther than Australia.

  • does imam khomeini airport, do they always play music? I am going this summer to iran, I am looking forward to it!!! :)

  • @alvin495 Hi - I don't think they always play music like the way you saw in this video. They only do it for special or religious events. Have a great time in Iran - I am sure you'll enjoy it.

  • i liked the airport. i don't know what am i going to do after a years away from the country?

  • Khosehman amad,ey vallah

  • was that imam khomeini airport?

  • Nice job, I haven't been in Iran in a long time, I bet it has changed a lot since then. I must say, Ey Iran is not the official anthem of Iran but it's considered as a de facto anthem, most people love it. Anyway congrats on your stock videos and this one. Cheers

  • @dario27ng you're absolutely right about ey-iran. Thank you for commenting - I appreciate it. CHeers!

  • coool

    but secret filming why

they are not going to do anything man

  • @ahriman87 yeah I was just being a bit cautious - you've got a point mate. cheers.

  • @ahriman87

thats not true, ive been to mehrabad international airport and i filmed the airport and they told me i cannot film there and i had to delete it all in front of them

  • @alvin495

    of course

    lesson man

if you are filming your family than that's ok

but if you are filming the security or if you look suspicious than they will take you camera

    i would do the same

i was there my self and no one said anything to me

  • Agha Damet Garmmmmmmmmmm,It Was Perfectttt

  • This was an awesome video!! Now I know what to expect when I go to Iran next month, after not being there for 10 yrs! I love Iran!! And i hoped you enjoy your trip there!

  • do you have more videos to upload like this one ?i will be really gald if you could .

    thanks

  • whoever you are , your video was the besst i have ever ever seen please upload some more i m iranian living in cyprus i havent see my iran since i was 7, i feel good when i see these videos.

  • Thank you so much. Very kind of you. You should definitely visit Iran when you can. I did not go there for 10 years and things have changed so much. I always have a great time there. Cheers.

  • @alessiorastani Dude, I haven't been to Iran in 15 years and I will be going this summer. What should I expect?I was born in Iran but it might become a bit of a culture shock to me since I was only a kid when I was living there. First thing I want to know is if most of their toilets are still a hole in the ground or do they have American toilets?

  • @efadaei sorry to break this to u but yes the holes still exist but not to the same extent as before.. As for what to expect.. well when you arrive you have to go thru airport customs where aguy stamps ure passport then:1)u go down 2 get ur luggage 2)go thru this place where they x-ray ure luggage 3)you exit and see a swarm of people holding flowers & kissin and huggin their relatives4)u see ure folks & they kiss n hug you 5) u go home where u suffer from jet lag for the next 3 days

  • @free2rhyme4lyfe Not looking forward to the jet lag but when you leave Iran, do you still show them your Iranian passport for another stamp?? I really don't want my Canadian passport to get stamped because it would become a hassle for me when I travel to US. Also, I heard the weather is unbearable during mid June to August because of pollution and the hot weather.

  • @efadaei yes you show your iranian passport when leaving for an exit stamp, they don't stamp your canadian one all though they ask you for it and just take a look at it.. but don't worry no stamping :) and yes the weather is quite hot, but its only really bad if ure a girl (with the whole manteau crap).. northern iran meaning tabriz and ardebil tend to be cooler during the summer, and chaloos and sari have a lot of humidity all though a lot of ppl travel there to their villas during the break :)

  • awesome video!!! i miss iran sooooo bad!!!!

  • Thank you! I know what you mean - I miss not seeing my friends and family there too. Go when you can. Take care. cheers.

  • Sorry I can not get it. This is just a few minutes of nothing. Also get your fact right. The song we hear is AyI ran with correct words & not the ex-national anthem. For someone who has even a remote connection to Iran & does not know our most beloved song, Ay Iran, it is total ignorance!

  • Thanks for commenting. I am sorry you didn't like the video - and you are probably correct about the the song's name and origin. However, I should say that many Iranians do consider Ay Iran to be the epitome of the Iranian national anthem (even though officially it never was). And secondly, I am not sure what you expected to see in this video? The title says "My first 5 minutes in Tehran" - which is exactly what it was. Real life isn't always entertaining.
