As 4 the consistency of your icing, try adding your liquid in teen tiny increments @a time ('m talking 1/4tsp tiny). Different houses are different; humidity levels effect icing in MAJOR ways - your recipe may be telling you 2add 2much or 2little liquid 4the conditions in ur house. Do it slowly & stop when YOU feel it's right.
