I like how they sneak in that key change from F to D (the part corresponding to James Brown saying "In order for me to get down, I have to get down in D.") I also like how those in the lower registers of the band keep the rhythm and groove going while those in the upper parts provide the recognizable melody.
This was an extremely humorous arrangement, capturing the great parts of the song in less than 2 minutes. Of course I had a funky good time!
