Oh my gosh, after listening to these 3 so far, I can't understand how the jury didn't pronounce her guilty!! No hard evidence? Well then what constitutes hard evidence these days? Timer 55, the shovel, Caylee becoming verbal to discredit Casey's lies, the trunk, the blanket, the laundry and trash bags from their home supply, Casey's pattern of pathological lies, immaturity, partying while her daughter was missing... searching neck-breaking and chloroform -- and the jury heard more than this!

@christian12102 Casey was so mean to her Mother- those jailhouse tapes of Casey cursing out Cindy were just a taste- Cindy did everything for that snot nose Casey- She is a bad seed, evil through and through- You can see it in her eyes- looks like she wants to kill The prosecuter when he's highlighting things she thought she was so smart would never come out.

@treasure1968 I agree she's guilty- i think she chloroformed Caylee to knock her out, put the tape over her mouth in case she woke up in the car trunk- Poor caylee either died from the chloroform or the heat- it was 93 that day. Casey panicked when she found her dead and drove around w/dead body in her car trying to figure out what to do. I do not think that anyone should get the death penalty by circumstancial evidence though.

i think there's room for "doubt" but not REASONABLE doubt. The fantastical leaps of imagination you need to believe the alternate theories don't qualify as REASONABLE.

@YouGotWoodRolled The reasonable doubt is not in reference to "alternate theories". The defense does not have to prove a thing. The burden rests with the prosecution. The reasonable doubt IS in reference to the evidence presented by the state. Mr. Ashton did not prove how, when, or where she died. All three are extremely important to prove a murder has taken place, much less convict someone of murder. All Casey is guilty of is lying, and being a shitty mother.

It's definitely believable that she did it, but there's so much room for reasonable doubt, exactly how Caylee died, where she died, etc. that the Jury could be deliberating for a LONG time.
