The Smackdown show I went to a couple years ago, they set up the cage and had a short little tag-team match that barely lasted 90seconds but the good guys won and climbed to the top of the cage for a photo opportunity so I'm guessing they did it just for the little kids who were there that night.

To sum it all up...HBK is retired, HHH is doing a movie and not injured-Stephanie is also pregnant, so that's why. Also, Hart Dynasty was present in this Raw so Bret wouldn't be on edge for his guest host appearance, and since Bret signed a 5-month contact with WWE, Hart Dynasty got drafted.
