  • @furiousstyles808 I wish I could talk to a beautiful Hawaiin Girl on Skype. Are there any beautiful hawaiin girls that are from Hawaii that have Skype? I'd really would like to meet one & talk to them on Skype

  • @furiousstyles808 exactly, itʻs not. A lot of these videos say that its hula.. lol

  • @furiousstyles808

ya i am only 11 and i know that this is just plane out rong!!!!!

  • @furiousstyles808 - right on! However, being an entertainer in the Florida tourist zone I am aware most people don't know much - SO - if they associate ANY Hula with Hawaii, then it is advertised as Hawaiian ,-] There are a bunch of "raggae" bands that do "commercial calypso" - the tourists think it's raggae. They would likely hate real raggae. So it goes! Tahitain is way sexier and more fun - but in the real world of marketing, "a rose is a rose - by any other name would smell as sweet" ,-]

  • @furiousstyles808 It doesn"t matter, where you live,Im sure they have Hawaiian as well in Tahiti too.this is a polynesian tradition,If you ever been to the Polynesiann Cultral Center, then you will understand why.

  • @furiousstyles808 eighter way its awesome hahaha

  • that is some hip work!

  • omg, just the way their hips move iz amazing!

  • the drumming sounds so much like an empty 45 gallon drum, listen to cook island drumming thats real sounds, i mention it so cos i see all that beautiful dancing drown into the tin drum noise.

  • man thats shyt iz badd i wish i could do dat lolz!!

  • im a hula dancer used to live in hawaii hence the username and i can dance hella better than them

  • what type of dance is this?

  • tahitian

  • The ladies are so beautiful. I can't stop watching them. This is very sexy.

  • i love your scirts

  • for some reason i my vid did not play well but i could hear the music. and that is obviously most likely the Tamure.

people often think its hula because thats the most porpular island dance inthe states. its well advertised and the word is easier to pronounce.

  • May I asked. Why do people always think that Ori or Tamurai are Hula? There is a HUGE difference. :/

Please educate yourselves before calling it something it isn't.

  • tooo muuucchh

  • fuck thats my mom in the middle when she just to be a teenager

  • mmm I feel like a broken record but what the heck..

    This isn't Hula, its tahisian..

Even if you listen to what he's saying there's T's and Y's.. The hawaiian alphabet doesn't have either of the letters only got

    a e i o u he ke la mu nu pi we `

  • fuck thats my mom in the midle when she just to be a teenager

  • its not hula its tahitian

  • ok ill tell you guys whitch is what..Thahitian Dance=Fast movement of hips

Hula Dance=Slow movement of hips and telling a story of Hawaii's culture

I am Hawaiian and proud i am a girl and i do both dances. Thank you for you time reading this. =)

  • Ok did you see what I said 1 mounth ago. I just did my show. The both can be fast and both can be slow. geez! :|

  • well sorrry...geez

  • its tahitian dancing not hula

  • so what, most people know hula dancing and would not search for that, give us a break it's not a big deal, you all have said that like 30 times already

  • See the Island dance to the tune of traffic and development!!!Check out youtube: "Discover kauai"

  • can somebody please explain to me the difference between tahitian, hula and hawaian dance???? I'm confused :S

  • Hawaiian Hula are slower dances, every movement telling a story. The very fast form of Tahitian Dancing as shown in the video is called Otea. Slow style in Tahitian dancing is called aparima.

  • Thanks!.. and how about tamura??..

  • I guess you mean Tamuré, wich was a foreign word for tahitian dance, but in tahitian you would say: Ori Tahiti

  • the hawaian dance is a bit slow and the tahitian dance is faster.

  • It really i sth esame speed and they both can b efast and slow some times I do hula I am a girl

  • @cuttiemx ok this is how it goes:

    [1]Hawaiian Islands(country in Polynesia)>Oahu(an island in HI)>Hawaiian dances(all dance forms in HI)>Hula Auana or Hula Kahiko(two of the dances in HI);

[2]French Polynesia(country in Polynesia)>Tahiti(an island in FP)>Tahitian dances(all dance forms in FP)>Otea aka tamure(one of the dance form in FP)

[3]Cook Islands(country in Polynesia)>Rarotonga(an island in CI)>cook island dances(all dance forms in CI)>Ori aka Ura(one of the dance forms in CI)

  • wanna of the best group choreographies for tamure, very nice dancing.
