  • ily no homo this is funny and i hate those shows

  • it's hard to believe you are in your twenties , you look more like 18

  • Hahahaha... funny :) That having been said, I was completely skeptic at first too, but since I wasn't able to lose the 30 pounds I had put on and had absolutely NO will power to diet and exercice, I decided to try anyway, as I had nothing to lose (except weight.. haha). And I lost 3 pounds on the first week, and the following weeks, I lost another 25 pounds, all the while eating whatever I wanted. I am now a devoted Paul McKenna fan; his methods do work! But I guess you have to understand them.

  • i wanna punch u

  • @babycee303 LOL awww why you mad? ;)

  • Your "compensation" diet, Is got to be the best idea! to get some control on weight. People are always going to eat things like cream cakes, sweets, chocolate and fried food etc...But as long as you "compensate" by doing some form of exercise, Then you can afford to treat yourself! Of course you really are going to have to sweat, If you have a big bag of chips and a chocolate bar for dinner!

  • @EvilKris

I know the comment is from last year, but I'll reply anyway. Cynicism is very attractive when it's used to make funny satires. It's refreshing in the midst of superficial flakes.

  • NOT TRUE!!! just by eating less you are not going to loose weight you have to eat healthy and get exercise

  • if you enter anything with a negative attitude, as funny as you are, it won't work for you. You've just set out to prove that this isn't working, so you've set yourself up for failure. the only idiot here is yourself. Make some effort, at least.

  • @zamtacz You obviously have no idea which show I was mocking/parodying. Its my own opinion that this shit doesn't work, and the only thing that does is hard work, eating right, exercising. It's not gonna come by imagining dog crap on your chocolate bar. Why do you keep coming back to comment? Why is this so important to you? This was just a spoof of something I PERSONALLY thought was ridiculous. You have your opinion, I have mine. Drop it already!

  • your so pretty L:$

  • you have such pretty eyes!

  • shes talking about EFT. aka emotional freedom technique. its like acupuncture except you dont poke your self wth needles. you tap certain energy meridians and the idea is to clear those energy meridians of negative energy and you will let go of whatever it is thats negative that you want to get rid of. bad habits, anger towards someone, aniety, depression, in this case cravings for food etc. ive never tried it. but i ive heard ppl who have and they said it works.

  • LOL I love you! That was awsome!

  • LOL, YOU ARE SUCH A DOLL<3

  • Once I lost 11 lbs in one week when I was ill. But I've never been fat I was 5'8" and 138 lbs, pretty slim. I went to 127 lbs.

  • you're so lucky. :)

  • lol that wus too funny !!!! wus that the t.v. that wus talking to you ? that wus funny tho lol that made my night !!! you go gril!!

  • sorry but this was funny, i loved the way you reacted

  • at the start of it but you do make good points

  • Lol, thats hilarious. Strangely it made me think of a cartoon shrimp with a great hairstyle handing out chocolate, so dont think itd work for me! You make some really good points here, and just remember - real women have curves!!

  • I'm on the program, and it works for me. Lost nine pounds in just under a month. You don't have to buy into it, or believe it. All you need to do is REALLY try it. Don't go for it halfway, all or nothing is key.

  • think about shrimp.. gross veiny cold shrimp with there tails on..mmmm... mix that up with my chocolate..mmmmmm.. with some hair from the barber shop floor..mmm.. that is so discusting omg..oh god im getiing emotional! LMFAO THIS IS FUNNY!!

  • LOL :) Thank you, I try :P That show was seriously CRAZY.

  • damn i really wish i had made a step-by-step video of me getting thin using the fitness videos. It's too late now as I'm already too slim. Really regret that, I think I could've helped motivate you somehow. By the way you've a pretty face/cute voice but the negative personality is soo unattractive.

  • guys it is very simple. You MUST do exercise to lose weight. Not much, 40 mins a day/3 times a week, but it has to be intense, you need to sweat heavy each time. Do that and you can still eat pretty much anything (not to excess). Fitness videos.

Honest to God I was a fat bastard last year, started that program and the pounds have flown off. It's all about determination, raw effort. It's so easy to complain but that = weak will. Get off your ass and do it!

  • hahahahaha i shouldve been cringing but i was just laughing too hard <3

  • ever watch thinspo?? it might be an unhealthy habit but it helps me. i have lost near 85 lbs (from 218lbs to 134 lbs) so i know a bit about weight loss. your right, the whole accupressure thing they are trying to show you in that vid is crap. you have to make a desicion and stick to it to eat less and exercise.. that is the only way!! i started out on weight watchers (which is GREAT and i recommend it to everyone) and i learned i can eat anything as long as i balance it and dont over do it.

  • for example: if i want chocolate cake thats totally fine, but i might have to eat salad the rest of the day. my favorite thing is 100 calorie packs, they force you to control your portion which is a big factor in changing your eating habits. its really hard to eat less for the first week or two, but if you just tough it out you will find that after a short while you simply just cannot eat as much as before because your stomach will shrink and it will get much easier.

  • also the more you work out the more you can eat!! the excersise will help with the anxiety and depression also if you just make yourself do it.

  • Chocolatey shrimp with hair...YUMMY! Lol

  • i h8ed srimp n now i h8 it even more lol but poor choclate how cud ya mix it wid shrimp n hair lol ur funny by da way chick

  • hahahahahaha i<3christie

  • lol, i <3 you too.

  • you'r being too negative. people are always lookin for ways to capitalize on other peoples problems. I run into empty promises all the time with trying to overcome panic attacks and I've even thrown quite a bit of money away in the process, but it's not done out of gullibility. If you're desperate enough and people make their promises with enough conviction, even the biggest skeptic will break down and get sucked in. You just start thinking you owe it to yourself to give new things a shot.

  • I think u should stay the way u r lol, of course its good that u love urself physically too but i think ur great the way u r, u remind me of my cousin, shes so kool so that makes u kool lol.

  • hey! shrimp is yummy!

  • so true..but you know how many people watch those shows? probably more than watch reality tv shows, seriously. Obesity is becoming a world wide epidemic at a alarming rate and they claim what is it every third person is obese, the shows are hilarity and pathetic I agree but there is such a huge market and audience it pays for networks to put these show son. Just look at the fame of "Biggest Loser" They may even be playing those shows to make people get more active and notice they are obese..

  • i love shrimp... lol

  • then my methods won't work for you :( lol, you'll have to find something else you hate!

  • LOL that was very funny.

  • hehe

    awesome vid!

  • good tips it makes alot of sense you have to move to lose weight and yes like you said we have to have control and stop overeating! Its a addiction and you have to retrain yourself. I need to lose weight desperately BUT I have to stop being lazy. Right soooo much money is spent on weight loss tons tons tons and to be a company that does that god they are raking the loot in! Society has us trained also that being a bit chubby its a shame only health problems is the only reason is why we should.

  • lmfao!!

    nice.

    that show is BULLSHIT =]

  • "Well I definately don't want shrimp!" hahaha that was hilarious :P ... shrimp = nasty.. good job :)

  • while i'm not saying that thinking about something gross will necessarlily make you lose weight, you should look up Ivan Pavlov and B.F. Skinner for some of the "scientific insight" as to why this approach may work. From an evolutionary perspective this approach isn't so much brainwashing as it is capitalizing on your brains natural "hardwired" tendencies. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with you...just another perspective

  • Everything you said is so right on. Isn't is amazing how losing weight can be so simple, yet it's too hard at the same time. Well, it's not necessarily hard, it just takes time and patience and discipline, stuff we don't have anymore. So, we go to the quick fixes that really don't fix anything and in the end, we are disappointed and just want to eat to get rid of the disappointment.

This was hilarious and great! Thanks for the plug! ;)

  • dude christie, have you tried the new chocolate skittles-- they are amazing!

    ~Har~

  • I haven't! But then again, I have been on a diet...And those won't make me thin. They're probably better for you than a candy bar or ice cream though. Maybe i'll check 'em out! :P

  • if you have chocholate cravings and smoke they

have these cigs that taste just like chocholate just a suggestion helped me

  • i wonder what's worse.... over eating chocolate or smoking chocolate cigarettes?

Nope, don't smoke, but any cigarette at all makes me lose my appetite :) that might actually work! ;) minus the lung cancer of course. Nasty side effect.

I'm not being rude just joking with you :)

  • lol i know terriable habbit but i really do enjoy watching ur vlogs

  • It's weird to hear myself in your background... it's like I'm in ur tv teaching u teh fitness!

  • Oh. Em. Gee.

I LOVED this video, you're so awesome. Yes, I almost threw up at the shrimp description, so thank you I STILL hate shrimp! The potato chips? Yeah, I still want those. You made very good points and built on the things I talked about so well... we should team up and make a killing telling people what NOT to do and yelling at them when they don't do what we SAY! :D

    <333

    Thanks for the PIMPING!

  • well done. if i could only do this with alcohol

  • we work out 6 hours a day in gymnastics six days a week and i guess the coaches could be considered a trainer screaming in your ear because when you dont do something or do it right you get yelled at

  • LMFAO!! Omg that is awesome! I'm going to tap my hand now because I really want some popcorn...mmm...yeah now my eye hurts and I still want popcorn. :-p

  • HAHA!
