Oh, this guitar is so much out of tune. You can hear it when EVH hits the "G" chords in the chorus part. At the solo part it feels like he's out of tune compared to the bass as well.

Eddie is great. I do believe he was drunk at this show because he fucked up others songs really bad. The solo in this was kind of sloppy. But he is still a great guitarist. I think booze messes him up more these days because he's older.

Man that sucked. He was so fucking out of tune. I saw him in MSG last night and he played everything NOTE FOR FUCKING NOTE. When the guy isn't on the sauce, he's still a MONSTER guitar player. I was glad I got to see the REAL VH last night, and not some drunken shell of himself.
It's a shame that going to see the Mighty Van Halen can be such a crap shoot. I'm still glad I saw him though. His playing was phenomenal and it was WELL worth the price of admission.

i agree also, we should also take into account that most of these songs are in a lower key for Roth's voice, the way this sounds is really good

Alex said in an interview that finally e can have bass in his monitors. anthony was in the band 30 years and oonly now he notices this? VH fans apparently accept this as a true reunion. Then again would you call this a step fprward or back

DOUCHE LEE SHOULD STOP SINGING!!!!!!! He knew he was over 10 years ago when he (FINALLY..at least temporarily) stopped performing VH songs at his casino concerts and went into failed radio and emt "careers"..
