I think Scotty likes her but she's like better than him. He's not in the same class of detective as she is..he's sloppy and makes mistakes but lilly goes by her gut and knows when to push and we usually see the mystery solved through her viewpoint. everyone else kind of follows her lead including scotty he just happens to be her partner. I want to want them to get together but they're elements missing in their relationship to make it happen.
