Honestly though I encounter tons more that have the need of including the words newb, LoL and potatoes in every sentence they make. Get over yourselves, there's enough room for both since LoL basically has created it's own playerbase instead of stealing dotas, well not noticeable amounts

Personally I never got the chance to get into Dota, hostile community, so I started to play LoL, great fun as a game should be. Just now trying to get into HoN with varied success.

@Vannubsauce It's good they have a delay for how long? There's still warding to be thought out though. the wards are like 5 6 mins? so are the delays gonna be 5 to 6 mins? cause I can tell friends about wards, or even other things we overlooked.

Hope Valve would really look into it.

i think blizzard should've bought dota before valve. blizzard is better for rts/rpg games and valve is known for fps. i think blizzard could've done a better job remodeling the heroes and really make it look like warcraft 4 setting. valve's interpretation of dota is really not close to original dota.

I don't know if Valve realizes it or not but with spectator mode friends can easily cheat at the game via 3rd party VOIP programs such as Ventrilo. How? The friend that is spectating can tell the in-game friend when a gank is going to happen, or where the rune will spawn, etc. Hopefully Valve will allow DoTA 2 games to have the ability to select whether or not they have spectators and how many. If they do, they can cut down the amount of games with cheating happening.

What they didn't mention, which is one of the incredible things about this, is that you can spectate a live game while waiting for your queue to pop. When you have found a game it will alert you while you're watching the other game so you can ready up and proceed.

DotA is based on the old warcraft 3 and all there words are also based on it and DotA is pretty much a custom map that was made before and now they bought it and they made it nicer than before because DotA was depending on warcraft 3

I kinda like the LoL graphics and style better than both Dota 2 and HoN from what I have seen. I played a bit of the original Dota and currently play LoL and have seen a few HoN game plays which i dont think look as appealing as LoL.
