UV Rays and Eye Damage

Would it be even better to wear polarized sunglasses too for driving and just walking in the street? Or is 100% uv protection enough? Please help rhanks

i fucking love you asian Doctor not racist im asian my self thank you so much im start wearing sun glasses now and sit on comp for 20mins then take a break then sit 20minutes again i ruind kind of my eyes sitting 24/7 at dark and stuff on comp is it possible to fix your eyes if its not really good as it use to be? please tell me cause if this gets worst i dont want to wear glasses.

its true, im 14 and my mom told me bout this so i started wearing ma sun glasses... my eyes feel better =D
