Rubens, thanks for the comment. One other thing worth trying is to set the "Whl" dip switch settings to "MW". (Dip 15 left, Dip 16 Right). That way when you bend the wheel with your thumb one way you get pitch bend, but the other way you get vibrato. Two effects with one wheel is pretty nifty.

wonderful! would you please tell me what kit you are using?
I had a wx5 but could not get a real sax sound, you are very good, I enjoyed this very much.

I use WX5 & VL70m. The voice is #2 on bank 3, "Floboe". I picked the VL70m up on ebay for about $400.
With the VL70m, make sure you enable breath mode. The pitch-bend wheel is set so down = pitch bend, and up = vibrato.
You can do vibrato on the WX like you would with a sax, but it's much easier to just the vibrato built in.
Also, I use tight-lip mode on the VL70m so that it will be more sensitive to lip pressure. drop your jaw while playing & the pitch will drop.
