Professionals don't reveal their secrets....why would you jeopardize our hard work and make it more difficult? REMEMBER THIS IS BEING WATCH BY CLAIMANTS TOO!!
Maybe it would be helfpul to beginners if you also mention tailing techniques based on traffic lanes, how many lanes, right rear-view techniques, hints on night following, the fact that in very heavy traffic conditions you should dog the "subject", initiating mobile surveillance techniques, etc.
Just some thoughts.
Green lights are your enemy. I like the fact that you mentioned the lights. That was key.
