  • These are okay sounding but the new Toca pretuned djembes are even nicer and less expensive.

  • cute djembe

  • i bought this djembe, it is awesome! Though it is a small drum (almost like a djembe) It produces deep bass and high pictched slaps.

  • after a while it does lose tone, that is why I don't buy anything that is pretuned.

Also depends on the weather condition, anyway I prefer tunable instruments, but thats my humble opinion :)

  • heyyy thats me :D

    in the purple haha.

  • Looks like u were having fun!

  • @drumsolo86 for sure :D

  • Did they give you one of the djembes then? Do you actually play the djembe cos' the sound doesn't correspond to what you were playing heheh.

  • Yeah, I have a lot of djembes and stuff from remo because my dad is endorsed with them and such. & yeah I can actually play but they just had the one guy (CG) play over what me and his daughter were playing.

  • muy buen sonido

  • how to tune it???

    i can't see...where???

  • Its pre-tuned meaning you can't tune it...It comes ready-tuned.

I just wonder whether it lowers in tone after time?...lol, what would we do then eii? I guess it doesn't lose tone after time..at least I hope not cos I'm ordering a medium one soon!

    Sounds 'really nice' though!

  • It's like playing with a bean can....Wow...
