The reasons your wrists are so low is because your keyboard is too high, that's all. If you sit higher, it should solve the problem. I learned that a person should sit where their elbows are even with the keys. :)

@gpetrovichl well been there, done that :)). I spent half a day to re-record without mistakes, but i lost my patience eventually. So this was the final take, mistakes included.

@mikvental i wouldn't do that if i were you :). It's feels really cheap and i don't think it would withstand too much "drum pedaling" :). For piano like use it's decent but for something like that it will break easily IMHO.
