  • Hey what's a California girl like you doing sing a Mod Who song? That's pretty cool but I think blowing in the wind might have been a better choice that day. I posted my video cover of the same song I hope you will enjoy and post it.

    Have a great day mate!

    Wink Jones

  • Well I live in the UK now and yes, Mod is UK but the Who are my life. will check you out!

    _Super Amanda

  • Say Hi! to Brian , Amanda ! Guy´s (almost ) as greatlookin as a Scandinavian dude ...

  • Quadrophenia is one of my absolute favorite albums. I often cover "The Real Me" and "I'm One."

I look forward to hearing more...

  • Me luves da studio sound on dis . And such a pretty skirt, Amanda !

  • It looks like that hat jsut wants to fly away from you ;)

  • Betty Dear. Glad to see the tits are still being flashed around. At least you have a bit of clothes on this time. Not enough to detract from your terrible singing. What is it? Country Death metal?

  • The name is Amanda, Super Amanda and it's called rock and roll now run along and buy that "H&M made in sweat shop clothing line by Mange" that's so ground breaking you twit.

  • Yer even MORE beaut when ye get angry . + I love yer singing , even when yer not tryin to sing .

  • that girl got nice boobs

  • Nice cakes !

  • still really diggin ths how about doin a longer version???

  • still lovin all these nifty who covers. thanx

  • I like this. Great song . I also like the atmosphere in which you and the guitarist were performing in .

  • i think if you put a hood on your camera it cuts down the windsock effect

  • looking for more who stuff, how bout "Whiskey Man" or "I've Been Away?"

  • this song always had a sad quality to it, like most of Pete Tonsend's work

  • damn, you look really good. Nice vocals too.

  • Meowdraphenia.

  • nice job despite the extreme conditions

  • Entiwistle felt the album was drowned in synthesizers, and when he arranged the soundtrack of the film, he substituted horns wherever he could for the Who music in the movie. The end result was less than satisfying.

  • I agree, there are many needless add-ons like flutes and strings.

  • Actually John's version was imho sparser and easier to listen to. Masterpiece that it is, I don't know how any of them ever tolerated playing it live with all the pre-recorded backing tracks and synths to deal with.

  • I can't really decide, I guess I have a place in my psycho Who fan heart for both. I like the oldies and three tracks w/Kenney Jones on the soundtrack though

  • Green Onions by Booker T and the MG's. Classic stuff.

  • Wow, that wind really has a hard-on for your hat...

  • dats Eli on the geetar. does this mean a "Substitute Reunion Tour?"

  • yee haw Amanda!!

  • cool! the who rock
