in holland minimum wages are Netherlands €1,284.60 per month 1885 us$ divide by 40 hour week and 4 weeks 160 hrs= 11.78 an hour

plus free health and 2 months paid vacation

the unemployment rate in holland is 3%(growth higher than ours)

so i'd say their system is more humane and more profitable.
