I use easy... it flows at a lower temp, so it works just fine for soldering smaller wire. If you're going to solder thick silver, you may need hard paste :)
You should try the flame! It is scary at first, but if you give it some time, you'll fall in love with it and become a bit of a piro like me :) Good luck to you!
